Kindly adhere to the following guidelines to ensure the efficient processing and evaluation of your work.

Manuscript Formating

File Format: Please submit your manuscript as a single .doc, .docx, or .pdf file.

  • Font: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font throughout the manuscript.

  • Line Spacing: The manuscript should be double-spaced, including the title page, body, and any notes or references.

  • Margins: Ensure that all margins are set to 1 inch.

  • Page Numbers: Number all pages sequentially, beginning with the first page of the manuscript (excluding the title page).

  • Title Page: The title page must include the following:

    • The title of your manuscript

    • Your full name

    • Your contact details (email address, phone number)

    • A brief biographical note (1-2 sentences, optional)

    • The total word count (excluding the title page and any appendices or references)

  • Chapters: Each new chapter should commence on a new page, with clear headings marking chapter numbers and titles.

  • File Naming Convention: Please name your file in the following format: "YourLastName_ManuscriptTitle"

Email Subject Line: Please use the following format for your email subject: “Manuscript Submission – [Manuscript Title] by [Your Full Name]”.

  • Email Body: In the body of your email, kindly include:

    • A concise cover letter (approximately 150-200 words) introducing your manuscript and its central themes.

    • A brief synopsis of your manuscript (no more than 250 words), highlighting its core narrative or subject matter.

  • Attachment: Attach your manuscript in the appropriate file format as outlined above.

Response Time

We make every effort to review all submissions within 4-6 weeks. Due to the high volume of submissions we receive, we ask for your patience during this period. Should we be interested in moving forward with your manuscript, we will contact you for additional steps.
